Reward & Policy Placement

Working within the reward and policy HR team. Intern will contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the Siemens UK Reward strategy, Industrial relations and related activities.

Working with the reward and policy partners, deliver reward related projects and business as usual cycles as directed by the team i.e. to meet legislative changes , business deadlines or to improve the benefit portfolio.

Activities include supporting the team with policy/process development and providing a centre of expertise for the country. Team member may be required to support Mergers and Acquisitions under the M&A HR Manager.

As the ideal candidate:

  • You will be working towards a minimum of a 2:2 degree in a HR-related degree
  • You will be flexible and adaptable in your approach, have excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute positively to a team environment.
  • You will need to be confident in making decisions, using your own initiative and taking responsibility for tasks and projects to which you are assigned.
  • You will be self driven and able to manage your time effectively and respond to change in a positive manner.
  • You will possess good analytical skills
  • You will have the energy and drive to succeed, be committed to excellence and be innovative in your thinking.
  • Competent using all Microsoft Office applications.
