Loyalty Coordinator – Student Placement

Avis Budget Group has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Loyalty Coordinator, to come and join our Commercial, Marketing Department on a 12 month student placement.

The loyalty team is responsible for the implementation, management and strategic development of the loyalty programme and elite customer tiers for the Avis brand. You would be responsible for managing internal queries about the programme, keeping guidelines and FAQ documents up to date, working with agencies to creating compelling and engaging marketing materials to name a few. Over and above that you will be required to liaise with colleagues across our Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

You will have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects and initiatives and will be encouraged to think creatively and put forward new ideas for the future of loyalty from a commercial standpoint.

As Loyalty Coordinator some of you key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Marketing & Digital team to collaborate and support with any loyalty queries
  • Supporting the central teams on the development of business cases or projects
  • Supporting with the implementation and strategy of loyalty
  • Leading any reporting requirements
  • Conducting customer/competitor research
  • Running and coordinating projects
  • Manage any loyalty related documentation and information
  • Coordinate the monthly calls with countries, communicating minutes and chasing actions
  • Manage and set up loyalty specific promotions in the loyalty marketing tool

You will ideally be working towards a degree in Marketing, Business or Management or degree. You should have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail
