Human Resources Placement

So if you’re looking for a vibrant and dynamic environment in which to spend your year in industry, this is it. Your 12 months will be packed with new experiences and opportunities to learn and grow as you support our HR team in delivering a full range of HR services.

You’ll experience a wide variety of HR operations and initiatives - from preparing management information reports, to advising on policies and procedures, to helping us improve systems and practices. Along the way, you will work closely with the local HR team and develop effective relationships across other corporate departments. We’ll value your voice, so you’ll have scope to offer your own perspective on issues related to workplace relations and performance management. This is a real job with specific deliverables and responsibilities.

This will be our chance to look at you and your chance to look at us. If you do well, you can go back to your final year knowing that you have a HR graduate job offer in your pocket.

To join us, you’ll need to be studying for an undergraduate degree in any subject. Naturally, we will expect you to bring a keen interest in HR. As important will be strong relationship building skills and be comfortable working on your own initiative; whilst you’ll receive structured development, you must be a self-starter with strong analytical and IT skills, and confidently apply your intellect to any business issue.

Applications for our three-stage process open on 6 February. If successful, you will be invited to undertake online tests. Score well, and you’ll undertake a video interview. The final stage, assessment centre, will take place on 3 April 2017.

There has never been a better time to join our young and vibrant company. Bring your ambition to Seadrill and discover a whole world of opportunity.
