About Church & Dwight

You may be more familiar with our products than with our company name. Batiste Dry Shampoo, Pearl Drops whitening toothpolish, Arm & Hammer baking soda toothpaste, femfresh intimate skincare products, Orajel toothache & ulcer relief, Sterimar natural sea water nasal spray and Nair hair removal products all form part of our exciting brands. And we are growing our brand portfolio every year.

Marketing Placement

Are you looking for a paid internship in the UK within a global FMCG company? Would you like to develop valuable skills that will open up your future career path? Do you want your ideas and opinions to matter? Are you full of ideas, enthusiasm and a team player? If your answer is YES you might just be our perfect match!

As a Marketing Intern at Church & Dwight you will have the opportunity to work across at least 4 of our exciting and established global brands such as Batiste, Nair, femfresh, Arm & hammer and Pearl Drops just to name a few. You will be part of the Marketing Department’s beauty, health care or dental teams where you’ll work closely with, and be able to gain knowledge from our highly experienced team members.

Our Marketing Internship is full of variety, it’s fast paced, and allows you to lead entire projects. In your day to day role you will be liaising with external stakeholders, monitoring brand performances, and managing budgets. Other exciting projects could be anything from new product development, creative packaging design, attending shoots and focus groups and analysing market research. All leading to first-hand brand management experience and involvement with cross functional departments.

Throughout your internship you’ll have the opportunity to tailor your responsibilities based on your areas of interest. You will also have regular reviews and receive feedback from your manager for personal growth and to certify that your internship is going smoothly.

Lastly, we strongly encourage our interns to get the most out of our programme and be able to walk away saying “Hey! I helped create this product!” or “I worked on that campaign!” - feeling proud of the contributions they made to the company and for them to be able to shout about it on their CV’s!
