Founded in July 2015 we have quickly become the go to company for UK SME’s looking to access high quality virtual personal assistants. Our founders are well known in the UK tech space with features appearing in April, May and June in The Financial Times Start up Stories, The Time’s Working Life feature and Success magazine.

Marketing Placement

We provide high quality virtual personal assistants straight from the mother city (Cape Town) to the UK. Think of it as virtual PA’s for the 99%. We believe managers, entrepreneurs, pretty much anyone who is in charge of strategy / business development etc should do just that. Focus 100% on strategy and grow their business. Most people get sucked in to the day to day; business admin, life admin; travel, expense reports, faffing around with PowerPoint presenations, HR, social media mining, the list goes on and on.

It does not make sense. So we hire the very best personal assistants and match them with entrepreneurs, busy professionals and small teams in the UK. We are growing at over 100% each month and need some help to take our services to even more people (this is where you will come in). The testing has been done and we are on fire. Come join the fun.

While sales and marketing experience is preferred, what we look for more than anything is Flexibility (it’s a very entrepreneurial environment after all), Self-motivation (no lazy people please) and risk takers (bring us out-there ideas). Show us you are a self-starter and have worked on successful projects before (they don't necessarily have to be work projects).

While we have a laid back working environment, we do take our work very seriously and we work hard.

Your role won’t be that of a PA, as you will take on the marketing aspects for AVirtual and its sister company Deeply Social. You’ll get up to and learn about a lot of SEO work, outreach, lead prospecting and many other tasks coming directly from the founder and director of AVirtual or senior management.

Compensation: 2000 Rand a month towards living expenses, return flights from the UK and assistance with finding accommodation.
