We’re VocaLink. We design, build and operate world-class payment systems that underpin the majority of UK electronic payments. We’re at the forefront of mobile payments and our proven capability of implementing real time payment systems in the UK has led to the development of immediate payment solutions for other countries too. Our systems power the faster payment service on behalf of the Faster Payment Scheme, the Account Switching platform, the Bacs scheme and the Direct Debit scheme. We also connect the world’s busiest network of over 65,000 ATMs through the LINK scheme.

Our innovative, sustainable, and highly efficient payment services touch the lives of almost every person and business in the UK. We process over 90% of UK salaries, more than 70% of household bills and almost all state benefits. Our platforms have made it easier to make payments confidently, securely and cost effectively, and last year we processed over 10 billion transactions.

We know the value that experienced and engaging professionals bring to our organisation so we place the highest importance on motivating, managing and developing our employees. So much so, we’ve been awarded the Investors in People (IiP) Gold standard.
