Main Duties of this Position

Depending on the aspirations of the candidate, One or more of the following:

  • Commercial & Contract Management
  • Project Management
  • Business Development

General duties:

  • Project Delivery and Control
  • Product Development
  • Market analysis
  • Strategy development
  • Prospect planning
  • Commercial agreements
  • Proactively support company compliance to Health and Safety legislation through adherence to company polices, processes and practices.
  • Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies and ethics codes of conduct.
  • Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

  • Undertaking Degree Level Higher Educated
  • Business management skills
  • Flexibility to move between business management disciplines
  • Interest highly technical/engineering business desirable
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to work solo, or as part of a team

  • The successful candidate must have the flexibility to work in a dynamic company, and approach their work with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • You must be prepared to help the TRL management team to ensure the success of a project in any reasonable way.
  • You must possess interpersonal skills, to effectively work with customer representatives from a variety of cultural & ethnic backgrounds, ranging from junior to the most senior levels, and displaying a confident, polite and professional demeanour at all times.
