GRL CRM Placement

The Customer Returns Management team is responsible for managing all aspects of product returns for Intel's EMEA customer base in line with Intel's Returns Policies and Procedures and Corporate Warranty agreements. We work with a large customer base reaching OEMs, Distributors and Resellers. As a member of the team you are responsible for a portfolio of customers and your role is to ensure success in returning products for these customers and working any additional requirements based on the customers needs; this may include delivering training to the customer F2F or webinar, designing new service offerings supporting the customer's business, completing an internal proposal, gaining buy in and delivering to market.

Requests/issues from customers can be ambiguous and complex and as a member of the team you are expected to complete root-cause analysis, liaise with the customer to resolve and deliver a high service for the program, from ensuring documentation is in place through to delivering new ideas/service for the program to ensure we remain competitive.

Responsibilities would include:

  • Being the point of contact for all customer returns issues and ability to clearly communicate and represent Intel.
  • Be responsible for comparative returns analysis.
  • Providing post- sales support: quality issues, shipment discrepancies, returns.
  • Improving business processes to increase productivity.

Qualifications

This is a 13 month fixed-term placement suitable for students currently studying a degree course and is targeted at 2nd year students enrolled in a 4 years bachelor's degree, which includes a year in industry. You must be on course for a minimum 2.1 degree, preferably studying a Business, Computer Systems or Information Systems related discipline.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to research/analyse information and communication results/recommendations
  • Skilled at critical thinking and problem solving
