HR Placement

The Human Resources Division offers a range of services to the business, including Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Health and Safety, Recruitment, Talent Management and Training and Development.

As a HR Undergraduate you will be given the opportunity to gain experience in all functions of the Division whilst utilising the knowledge you have gained on your course. You will play a key role in investigating current best practices and recommending improvements to HR processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • You will be studying a Human Resources or Business related degree and expect to achieve a minimum
  • 2:1 upon graduation
  • Competent user of Microsoft applications, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of general HR practice, such as employment law, recruitment and selection, etc.
  • Confident approach to tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Full UK driving licence as travel will be required
  • Offers will be subject to applicants passing their driving test before they commence employment in all HR positions.
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Excellent time management with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • An interest in the automotive industry and motor sport would be desirable
