Quality Assurance & Validation Placement

BROAD PURPOSE OF JOB:

  • To assist in the day to day operation of the Quality Assurance Group ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice.
  • To assist in Validation Projects and activities.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To perform Batch Manufacturing & Packing Documentation checks and In Process Control checks and complete associated documentation and logs.
  • To review and collate Deviation metrics & follow up and assist with investigations using problem solving techniques.
  • To perform packaging approval checks and complete associated documentation.
  • To assist with filing, archiving and retrieval of GMP Documents.
  • To review and collate data and prepare monthly Departmental reports.
  • To be responsible for an “improvement project” within Quality Assurance.
  • To perform routine swabbing as part of the Cleaning Validation maintenance project and record, analyse and report on the results.
  • To review and control Variations including performing risk and impact assessments and follow up of activities to ensure closure.
  • To be responsible for a Validation Project.
  • To assist with periodic review and requalification of equipment, utilities and facilities.
