Quality Assurance & Validation Placement
BROAD PURPOSE OF JOB:
- To assist in the day to day operation of the Quality Assurance Group ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice.
- To assist in Validation Projects and activities.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To perform Batch Manufacturing & Packing Documentation checks and In Process Control checks and complete associated documentation and logs.
- To review and collate Deviation metrics & follow up and assist with investigations using problem solving techniques.
- To perform packaging approval checks and complete associated documentation.
- To assist with filing, archiving and retrieval of GMP Documents.
- To review and collate data and prepare monthly Departmental reports.
- To be responsible for an “improvement project” within Quality Assurance.
- To perform routine swabbing as part of the Cleaning Validation maintenance project and record, analyse and report on the results.
- To review and control Variations including performing risk and impact assessments and follow up of activities to ensure closure.
- To be responsible for a Validation Project.
- To assist with periodic review and requalification of equipment, utilities and facilities.

Company Benefits:
- Salary - £17,000 pa.
- Discretionary bonus scheme
- 35 hours per week – 8:15 am – 4:15 pm
