Investment Banking and Capital Markets Internship

Job Description

• Assist in a wide range of legal matters, such as attending to legal research and inquiries; and drafting correspondence, reports, and other basic legal documents;
• Conduct factual research on existing and potential clients, competitors, and other topics as directed and draft summary;
• Research and draft articles and legal updates;
• Assist with presentation materials, proposals, agenda, minutes and reports;
• Contacting various governmental authorities as required;
• Other work that instructed by consultants and partners from time to time.

Job Requirement

Qualifications for an internship lawyer:

• The candidate should have a background of bilingual legal education. The fluency in written and oral English and the ability to write legal documents directly are required;
• Undergraduates and international students can be accepted;
• Solid legal knowledge. Be able to assist the team in dealing with legal work;
• Warm-hearted, patient and careful. Have good communication skill, strong teamwork spirit and passion for lawyer career;
• Strong interpersonal skills and analytic skills.

Working hours

35-40 hours per week.
