Are you an ambitious, talented, undergraduate looking to fast-forward your sales management career?

We are offering a limited number of positions to undergraduates with management potential and a commercial mindset. Successful applicants will join our new pipeline of managers who will lead the transformation of Coalters from the best single office estate agency in the UK towards a nationwide company, providing the same unrivaled levels of service as we grow.

Our intensive scheme will not only provide you with the essential skills, knowledge and active experience to become an integral and successful member of our sales team, but it will also give you an excellent understanding and skills within marketing, customer service and operations.

Our standards are very high and we will require your performance to match our expectations of delivering outstanding customer service, meeting sales targets and contributing to our strong team ethic. From day one, you will be allocated a senior member of our executive management team as your personal coach and mentor.

Once you have completed the scheme, our aim is to offer you a position. Our long-term expectation is that you will return to Coalters and move into a senior manager role.

Are you Coalters material?

You will be currently studying a degree in business (or similar subject) and have some work experience. You will see your future within management and are ready to invest time and effort in your career.

As a person, you enjoy a complex challenge and demonstrate executive potential. You can build relationships, assess needs and close deals. You have a strong desire to develop others and your ambitious mindset is balanced by your respectful and empathetic attitude towards the people around you. You are also a strong communicator and you acknowledge the need to walk the talk in terms of company culture and values.
