Marketing Assistant – Bracknell

Overall Mission

Managing 3M's global strategic brand is a key piece within the marketing function. Identifying customer needs, developing new products, setting pricing strategies and working with channel partners to ensure profitable growth are all things that sit within the marketing function at 3M.

Healthcare Marketing Assistant - Loughborough

Overall Mission

A talented and enthusiastic trainee marketer is sought who understands the basics of product management and who can demonstrate a passion for putting the customer at the heart of everything they do. An excellent communicator on all levels, you will be involved in marketing a number of products within the health care industry. You will be comfortable with developing Insights, CRM systems and sales data analysis but equally passionate about developing strategies to maximise sales force engagement and performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the global marketing team to meet DDS business objectives to grow in key portfolios including inhalation and transdermal drug delivery
  • Input to new product introductions, campaign management, exhibition management
  • Create and manage internal communications including newsletters, announcements, business updates and celebrations
  • Support projects including market data analysis and primary or secondary research
  • Implement digital marketing tactics to support marketing communications to both customers and employees
  • Ability to work and communicate with a cross functional team including scientists, technical, sales, business management and administrators via email, phone and face to face
  • Attend marketing excellence workshops which will provide CPD hours

Digital Marketing

Overall Mission

Support the Digital Marketing Operations Team to deliver standardised, consistent & progressive Digital services for Business Marketers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Management of Business marketer requests submitted through ticket request system
  • Building of email campaigns
  • Supporting Social Media posting and listening activities
  • Supporting paid media activities
  • Supporting eCommerce activities
  • Keyword Research
  • Creation and analysis of Analytics dashboards

Requirements

  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Predicted a minimum 2:1 degree in a Business-related degree
  • 300 UCAS points at A-Level (or equivalent qualification)
  • Valid UK driving licence preferred, but no essential

Knowledge and Skills

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good organisation skills - ability to take ownership of projects and drive results
  • Good problem solving skills
  • IT literate (proficient in Microsoft Office applications)

Training and Development

The successful candidate will join one of our businesses straight away and initially undergo a period of intense training in their role.
