Learning and Development Internship

The L&D team regularly collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the business and are an integral part of the delivery of many critical internal projects including Sales Transformation, SMART and Leader as Coach.

What you’ll do

  • Analyse the current approach to the delivery of apprenticeships
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to understand the requirements of internal customers of L&D
  • Explore delivery methods that will gain maximum value from the funding available and assess the potential risks linked to these
  • Develop a proposal to outline the most effective approach to apprenticeship delivery that will gain maximum value from the new funding framework available

What we’re looking for

You’ll have excellent project management skills and will always display a continuous desire for improvement. You’ll have an appreciation of the customer-facing functions in an operational business and have a theoretical understanding of how to translate business strategy into measurable learning solutions. You’ll have strong communication skills in order to liaise with key stakeholders across the business.

You’ll have comprehensive knowledge of learning design and delivery theories and ideally possess some experience of putting these into practice. You’ll demonstrate business awareness, commercial acumen and be comfortable managing projects within the constraints of a financial budget.
