To work in our Real Estate Team, it takes highly numerate people with the communication skills and confidence to be a strong negotiator. We need people with initiative, who collaborate effectively with those around them.

Our summer internship is all about making the most of your opportunities. As a summer intern in Real Estate you will get -

  • A unique opportunity to gain work experience at one of the UK’s largest institutional real estate investors.
  • Gain invaluable experience from a dedicated and highly experienced team.
  • An insight into all aspects of Fund Management including acquisition, asset management and client reporting.
  • The opportunity to be based in Edinburgh during the world’s largest arts festival.

The summer internship has been carefully put together to challenge you, but at the same time offer you all the support you need at the start of your career. As well as hands on experience, you’ll have access to development events; a buddy to support you during the programme and beyond and a placement manager provide structured feedback.

Programme summary

  • Duration: Ten-week programme
  • Development: Structured mini development programme to complement your on -the-job learning
  • Entry requirements: All our internships require you to be on track for a First or 2:1 degree at undergraduate level and that you’re studying for a RICS accredited degree
