Global Sales Internship
Global Sales, part of our Global Client Group, are responsible for generating profitable institutional and wholesale sales across our worldwide operations. Our success comes from building relationships with a diverse group of contacts including pension funds, multi-managers/fund of funds, investment consultants, intermediaries and sovereign wealth funds. In addition we aim to build asset flow via the Standard Life platforms and with global financial institutions and third-party platforms.
In the internship you’ll play a key role in linking the needs of your sales colleagues to the requirements and needs of the wider business. This requires excellent networking and collaboration skills, as you’ll be working alongside colleagues from right across our group, including legal, marketing, operations and our asset class teams.
Project work will be research based or focussed on improving infrastructure to support revenue generation, for example research into and segmentation of markets, improvements to CRM data, or account planning.

- Entry requirements: All our internships require you to be on track for a First or 2:1 degree at undergraduate level, and that you’re in your penultimate year at university
