Finance Placement

Our Finance Intern Placement Programme is first-class when it comes to giving placement students a real insight into working in a large global manufacturing business whilst preparing you for a professional career.

What you will get:

During the year placement you will gain invaluable experience working with a team of diverse employees. From day one you will be mentored by highly skilled Finance professionals who will guide and support you to ensure you receive the maximum from your placement.

As a Finance Intern at Eaton you will gain an understanding of how business finance and accounting works, whilst developing critical skills, both finance related and personally. You will gain experience in producing and analysing financial reports for co-workers and senior management across the business, and have the opportunity to present the findings to the wider team; as well as assisting in month end preparation and closing. You will be required to work closely with various teams across the business to achieve key business objectives.

In addition you will join an established programme alongside a cohort of interns from across the UK offering the opportunity to attend numerous training sessions and skills workshops.

Qualifications:

Candidates should ideally be undergraduates working towards a minimum of a 2:1 and studying in a related discipline. Please provide your first year classification on your application. As our placements are based in multiple sites across the UK you must be geographically flexible. You must have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom without company sponsorship and where appropriate comply with ITAR regulations.
