HR, Finance and IT Placements

Here, you’ll work with all of our five brands on a wide range of projects, creating the policies, processes and infrastructure we need to keep our business running.

To be successful in this team you’ll need to be able to demonstrate an aptitude in the area of your choice and have a passion for business, as well as the commercial awareness needed to bring insight and creativity to the workplace. You’ll have real drive and great communication skills, not to mention an eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.

You don’t have to be a car enthusiast to come and work for us. It's more important that you demonstrate a passion for your chosen specialism and for the commercial experience that your year in business will give you.

Whilst on the scheme you will receive a salary of £17,500 per annum and a generous benefits package including a car, performance-related bonus, healthcare cash plan, contributory pension scheme and an annual holiday entitlement of 27 days plus the bank holidays. Additional flexible benefits are also available, like a cycle to work scheme, discounted gym membership and many more.

Application Process

If you pass our initial CV screening stage, you’ll be invited to a telephone interview where you’ll be asked a number of questions to assess your suitability for the programme. If you’re identified as a stand-out candidate, we’ll invite you to one of our assessment centres in November 2016, where you’ll meet some of our Managers and other Undergraduates. This process is designed to help you and us work out if the Placement here is right for you. Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre.
