Graduate Development (GDP) Internship

Our structured Internship Program serves as the cornerstone of our full-time Graduate Development Program (GDP). Designed for students who are one year from graduation, the Internship Program is an 8 week learning experience that provides undergraduates with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in the insurance industry and contributing to our business.

The program is comprised of orientation, goal setting, training modules, team presentations, a business speaker series and a formal mid and end of internship performance review. High-performing interns will be considered for the following year’s full-time Graduate Development Program.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
  • In penultimate year of study
  • 2:1 or above (or equivalent)
  • Self-starter
  • Analytical/problem solving skills
  • Agile learner
  • Ability to work in teams and cultivate relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
