Pricing/ Portfolio Analyst Placement Year

Our Technical Pricing team play a key role in product design, pricing decisions, and tracking business performance.

You will take on the role of either a Pricing or a Portfolio Analyst and over the course of 12 months we will help you to develop your numerical and analytical skills whilst also gaining insightful practical experience and make more informed decisions about your future career.

The placement will involve a mix of project work and operational tasks and past placement students have been involved in:

  • Contributing to pricing decisions
  • Monitoring the performance of a portfolio of business
  • Ensuring that Underwriting and Pricing action is taken to increase business profitability

What we look for

  • On course for a 2:1 or above in any degree discipline
  • Minimum 300 UCAS points (or equivalent)
  • A level Maths at grade B or above (or equivalent)
