Join us, and you’ll take a supervisory position in one of our highly successful branches – where you’ll get to learn about retail management first-hand. The skills you need

Without wishing to state the obvious, you’ll need to love retail. In fact, you’ll need to be bubbling with enthusiasm in general. We’re looking for creative, ambitious people, who are honest and reliable. Oh and you’ll need to be used to hard-work too. You’ll have a passion for customer service and willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to make sure everything runs smoothly. You’re a team player with great communication skills and the ability to motivate. You’ll be working towards a degree in business retail or similar and will have had some experience working in a retail environment.
