Join us, and you’ll be right at the heart of it all. Whether you’re helping us use data and insight to get to know our customers better, hunting out new channels and cunning ways to connect with our client base, or brainstorming branding and advertising, you’ll find the results are instantly visible.
The skills you need
Without wishing to state the obvious, you’ll need to love retail. In fact, you’ll need to be bubbling with enthusiasm in general. We’re looking for creative, ambitious people, who are honest and reliable. Oh and you’ll need to be used to hard-work too. This role is fast paced and deadline driven. You’re ridiculously organised which means planning your workload and projects to meet deadlines comes naturally. Communication is key! You’ll be communicating activity with internal stakeholders so we need you to be able to communicate at all levels. You’ll have strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll also be able to problem solve and summarise lots of complex information at any one time.
