Digital Development – Undergraduate Placement

Let’s set the scene. Our Digital Development team has risk-taking in their blood. They have to when they are so often first to market with new digital solutions. So when you join them, you’ll find yourself part of a fearless team that’s not afraid to fail in order to achieve great things – and that is definitely not nervous about leading the way in the retail sector.

Once you’re onboard, you’ll have the opportunity to experience every aspect of projects, from their inception to completion – whether you’re helping develop a business case, or working to deliver an innovative new sales app. You’ll have the chance to work with a suite of software solutions, explore new technologies, and develop future-proofed digital solutions that keep on driving our stupendous growth too.

The skills you need

Without wishing to state the obvious, you’ll need to love retail. In fact, you’ll need to be bubbling with enthusiasm in general. We’re looking for creative, ambitious people, who are honest and reliable. Oh and you’ll need to be used to hard-work too. You’ll be confident, curious, self-driven, commercially minded, pragmatic and quality focused.
