Are you a people-person? Do you like finding solutions to help others out, and are you interested in the world of finance, too? Apply for a Lloyds Banking Group Retail Banking Internship Programme and see how your strengths can define a career you’ll love.

With over 30 million customers and some of the best known brands in the UK, our Retail Banking team is the face of our business on the high street, on the phone and online. Whether buying a home or simply withdrawing money, we’re trusted to provide outstanding service and advice.

Our 10-week paid internship is designed to give you valuable insights into our business, our diverse teams, and your own strengths. You could work on the marketing strategy for a new Scottish Widows product, in community banking for Lloyds Bank or in product development for Halifax. You’ll learn about our customers, their needs, and how we constantly strive to improve their experience.

We’ll embrace your passions, strengths and interests – and help you discover new ones – in a learning culture that includes mentoring from experienced business leaders, networking and masterclasses. This is an exciting opportunity for you to discover more about what matters to you in your career, and which areas you’d like to work in once you graduate.

You’ll need to be in your penultimate year of study, and on track to receive a 2:2 degree or above from any university, in any subject.
