About PA Consulting

PA Consulting Group is a different kind of consulting, technology and innovation firm. Others follow convention. We break new ground. Delivering exceptional results, we make a lasting impact on businesses, communities and individuals worldwide.

We look to hire exceptional people and provide them with opportunities that they will not find elsewhere. We are looking for opinion-formers, people who prize a culture based on respect, collaboration, and new ideas, and who have a passion for delivering solutions to the most complex and challenging issues affecting business and government.

Summer Internship

If you’re a penultimate-year undergraduate (or finalist planning a Masters), you can join us on a Summer Internship. You’ll spend 8-10 weeks gaining valuable work experience and key skills, plus the opportunity to get an authentic insight into life at PA Consulting. Impress us and this could be your first step towards a graduate career with PA.

Why PA?

Wherever you spend your internship, there’s no limit to how diverse and exciting your role will be. As well as developing your skills, you’ll get to work alongside a range of industry experts and gain exposure to a host of exciting clients. So make the most of the opportunity. Because if you impress us during this year, you could find yourself in an Analyst role when you graduate.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 300 UCAS points, plus a predicted 2.1 degree
  • Drive – you’ll need to be committed to producing top quality work, even when you have to juggle important tasks
  • The ability to communicate – explaining ideas clearly and concisely is one of the most important skills in consulting, so you’ll need to be articulate both in person and on paper
  • Problem solving skills – analysing problems and coming up with innovative, intelligent solutions is a key part of any consulting role
  • Strong teamwork skills – throughout your assignments, you’ll work in small, tight knit teams, so the ability to collaborate is essential
  • The ability to influence – bringing others around to your solutions is a necessary part of any consulting role.
