About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our innovative and fast paced Customer Experience team where you will play a pivotal role in many of our key projects. Our Customer Experience team are focused around delivering the ultimate customer journey. They do this by analysing customer feedback and identifying areas in need of improvement throughout the business.

Taking these findings, you will work on top priority projects that support our overall UK business strategy. These projects will be varied and fast paced and allow you to really dig deep under the skin of our business and the needs of our customers.

Using your creative mind-set, you will be a strong networker who is comfortable both presenting and creating the eye catching content that our Customer Experience team use. Communication is key in this role, along with a desire to really make us the best business that we can be for our customers.

What you’ll need

  • To be studying for a degree that offers a placement year opportunity
  • To be able to demonstrate strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to work using own initiative at times
  • The ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups
  • Be able to manage time efficiently by juggling and prioritising tasks
  • The ability to take an idea or a task and think creatively about it
