Placements in HR

You'll assist in the day-to-day and strategic coaching/counseling to managers and employees in the areas of: organizational assessment, development and effectiveness; compensation and benefits; conflict resolution; and team-based work system processes. You'll also assist with all major Cummins Human Resources processes with operations, support and engineering customer groups.

You’ll provide capable people, tools, processes and policies that support the selection and ongoing development of our workforce.

  • Assist with the execution of assigned projects which contribute to new or ongoing initiatives within one of many Human Resources sub-functional areas
  • Support Human Resources activities for a particular site, organizational group, business unit or region in areas such as: employee and labor relations, training, employment law, staffing, human resources, business process and policy execution, compensation and benefits, management and development of talent, analytical research and benchmarking
