Embrace your passion. Find your place. Innovate alongside incredible women.

Learn from extraordinary women who’ve carved inspirational careers within the world of technology at EY. Explore an environment fuelled by our use of AI, cyber security, data analytics and more to solve client challenges. And develop an understanding of how your passion for technology can solve complex problems for some of the world’s biggest businesses. All in one fantastic day of workshops, talks and panel discussions.

What will you be doing?

Across the virtual insight day you’ll hear from senior women within our technology practice, see how we advise our clients on technology, network with current graduates within our tech division and meet with members of the Women in Technology network all while learning about our approach to Diversity and Inclusion. You’ll do all of this by getting involved in our panel sessions, workshops, events and discussions. As well as learning about the stories of our successful women, you’ll pick up great advice to help you design your own career, you’ll gain an insight into our application process and you’ll see what’s available to you in the future.

If you make a great impression, you may get the chance to be fast-tracked onto one of our summer internships or industrial placements. Could your digital mindset put you in good stead for a future with us?

Entry requirements

You will need to be in your first year of a three-year course at university, or your second year of a four-year course. We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You will, however, need to be working towards an Honours degree in a STEM subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.

Project You. It’s yours to build.
