- A very busy job, more so than other placements I have heard - Every day I felt I was learning something new - Felt part of the team and I am able to talk and raise my own views both with management but also talk with an external supplier.
The first 3 months were exciting and very enjoyable, due to the fact I was meeting new people, socials with other placement colleges and getting into the working life. After that I got to choose what I wanted to do within the work place. I had a few options. This motivated me to keep working due to the change of projects and variety of work. However there are times where I did not have any work and found that the day dragged on.
I really enjoyed my placement, yet would not want to do it full time. Just a year was great, as I began to tire of the daily routing after about 9 months. It gave me a lot of experience of the world of business, yet some tasks got repetitive, and there was only limited opportunity to vary my role.
