About Jaguar Land Rover

Changing the way the world moves. What part will you play?

The world is a very different place since the first car was made in 1885. Advances in technology have created an industry that today produces 86 million cars a year and is worth $2 trillion. Around the world, the automotive industry employs nearly 8.4 million people. And over the last 134 years, this industry has experienced growth like no other, designed cars that hit speeds that were once unimaginable, and seen automotive design develop to build cars that are fit for every purpose and every pocket.

At Jaguar Land Rover, we are leading the way in the development of tomorrow’s cars with a clear vision for the future; Cars that are cleaner, smarter and more connected to the world. We are moving from ICE to ACES – the world of internal combustion engines will give way to autonomous, connected, electrified and shared cars. Today’s industrial revolution will be driven by demand for de-carbonisation, better air quality, less waste and greater convenience, through automation and innovation. Today, circa 40,000 proud and passionate Jaguar Land Rover people dare to think beyond the challenges of today, to imagine, design and manufacture the most innovative, prestigious and sustainable cars of tomorrow.

Our strategy is strong, our facilities are world-class and our people are prepared. Our partnership approach to business is unlocking new opportunities every day. Our long-term agreement with Waymo for example, will develop the world’s first premium electric vehicle for their driverless transportation service.

Whatever programme you decide to join, you’ll be starting your journey to a fantastic career. Our award-winning schemes are aimed at people who have a passion for learning and a passion for pioneering. Ambitious, innovative and determined people, who respect our heritage and think beyond the challenges of today to build the cars of tomorrow. With a blend of hands-on experience and qualifications to target, our early talent work on projects that are fundamental to our global success.

At Jaguar Land Rover, the learning never stops. We believe that life gets better when you learn new skills. That is why we are committed to lifelong learning. We encourage every one of our employees to extend their skills and knowledge through a range of first class programmes. That’s why we are building The Jaguar Land Rover Learning Academy; a home for lifelong learning. We are creating engaging, relevant and personalised learning content and experiences that can impact personal, team and organisational performance. Here, we are seeking to enable people to learn, create, grow and to support others to do the same; daring each other to embrace the changes and the challenges we face and ensure our future is bright.
