About Honda

We are a company built on dreams; these dreams inspire us to create exciting, innovative and beneficial products. ‘The Power of Dreams’ is our way of thinking and allows us to be a global business like no other.

The Honda Philosophy

The Honda Philosophy consists of Fundamental Beliefs:

  • "Respect for the Individual" - Calls on each Associate to nurture and promote individual differences and to trust each Associate as equal partners.
  • "The Three Joys" – Our goal is to provide joy through our businesses. Anyone coming in contact with our company or our products should have a sense of joy through that experience.

This philosophy is not only shared by all Associates, but also forms the basis for all company activities and sets the standard for the conduct and decision-making of all Associates throughout the Honda Group.

With over 70 years of heritage, Honda has always been focused on bringing joy to its customers and society. Whether that be through the design, manufacture and sale of award-winning automobiles, motorcycles and power products, or tackling the challenge of mobility for the future, we are always focused on delivering products that answer the real needs of customers.

Driven by its dreams and reflecting its values, Honda will continue taking on challenges to share joys and excitement with customers and communities around the world to strive to become a company society wants to exist.

Company Vision

Here in Europe, Honda is focused on its “Electric Vision” strategy to deliver low-emission electrified technology through its automobile, motorcycle and power product ranges. This shift is demonstrated by the Honda e, the company’s vision of a next-generation EV urban commuter vehicle.

None of this would be possible without our passionate and inquisitive Associates.
