Our Undergraduate Programme

As well as providing you with the chance to develop your professional skills, our roles offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum including company benefits such as paid holiday, a car/motorbike lease scheme, flexible working, pension, and an onsite café.

The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start providing that there is no business requirement.

Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home for a maximum of 50% of the working days in any one month, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.

With a start date of June 2022, all roles will be based in our Bracknell (Berkshire) head office therefore, you must be able to commute or relocate closer to the office.

"The role does not have a day -to-day structure as such, with each day not having a reoccurring job. However, during a week there are 3 different reports to create and also the physical banking and printing of Cheques. There is also the month end process which runs from working day 1 to 8. This is the most structured part of the working month, with tight deadlines and reoccurring processes." Read full review
