About ERS electronic GmbH

ERS electronic GmbH is an international company based in Germany, recognised for providing market-leading innovations and technology in the semiconductor industry.

From the main office in Germering, Munich, ERS develops and manufactures high-precision thermal wafer chucks, as well as complementary measuring instruments and systems designed for the production and quality control of semiconductor chips. We also offer our extensive services to customers in our international service centre.

With approximately 35 employees, we deliver high quality thermal testing equipment with our patented air-cooling technology (AirCool® PRIME, AirCool® plus, AC3), to customers worldwide, and work closely with partners in America and Asia.
