"• On-boarding new trainees which includes: - Ensuring that Log-ins are sent in a timely manner - Weekly presentation to on-board trainees to the various systems within the organization - Troubleshooting and providing first line IT Support to the trainees. • Creating and distributing weekly meeting minutes. • General administrative tasks to support the training cycle including documentation management. • Monitor trainee attendance • Processing of bursary expense claims (if office attendance for training) • Schedule and host regular engagement sessions with the trainees. • Managing the London Academy Inbox resolving day to day issues, signposting and escalating issues when appropriate. • Act as a first point of contact by other functions in the organization • Managing stocks of Academy assets (laptops, lockers, passes and stationary) (if office attendance for training) • Invigilating external exams ad-hoc (if office attendance for training ) • Other ad-hoc duties and projects as required" Read full review
