What is the Audi Network Partners Undergraduate Programme?

This is your opportunity to undertake a value-adding, unique 12-month work placement representing a prestigious brand. You will be based with one of our Audi network partners across the UK, helping to implement business strategies and drive performance. This programme offers a unique opportunity to work alongside two large companies, Audi UK and your respective investor group. Personal development is at the heart of the programme, you will receive a structured development plan, exposure to a variety of business functions and training opportunities throughout the year.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for strong academic achievements, therefore, you must be working towards a 2:1 in your degree. However, we also want well-rounded, ambitious people with plenty of motivation and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Our programmes are aimed at students who have the skills and experience to add value to our company, as well as the potential to build a long-term career with us.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK for 12 months from June 2020.

Your Development

You’ll use your year in industry to its fullest potential – really immersing yourself in our business from day one, and gaining a wealth of experience that will be applicable to both your studies and your career after you graduate. You will be part of a community of undergraduates from across the country in different Centres who you’ll work with during development initiatives such as your showcase project at the Audi UK head office. As undergraduates, you will be provided with the opportunity to develop key business skills through a range of channels integrated into the structure of the placement year, supported by both Audi UK and your line Manager in the Centre. These include various training opportunities such as excel training and a course to understand the Audi customer experience.

During your placement year, you will also be paired with an undergraduate buddy at Audi UK which will help develop your knowledge into the structure of our business and key current commercial projects at Head Office. Your buddy will also be there to support you throughout your year and during your project.

What will you gain and where will it take you?

Join us as the industry experiences one of its biggest transformations with electrification, digitisation and e-commerce. This programme will allow you to gain exposure to a wide range of organisations both internally and externally. Our unique business model will help you to apply theories in practice – something that’s useful not only in your final year at university but also in your future career path. You will also gain experience in one of the biggest and most valued industries in the world. After completing a year with one of our network partners, you’ll be presented with many career opportunities; from a role in the Audi network, to a place on the graduate programme available at our head office.

How to apply

The first stage of the assessment process is an online application which includes answering a number of written application questions and completing a short video interview. If successful, you will be contacted and invited to attend an assessment centre.
