The placement was a not only a valuable experience but an enjoyable one. It gave me an insight into the Real Estate world, allowing me to develop skills that I will carry with me throughout my career.
I have enjoyed being involved in a variety of projects and working with different members of the team. It has been interesting being able to get out of the office on site visits, tenders and a hearing as well as time spent in the office at the desk. It has also been good getting to know a new city as I had never been to Southampton before, and I have enjoyed going to other parts of the South coast and seeing new places on both my days at work and my days off.
I thoroughly enjoyed my work placement with Savills this summer. The programme was well structured and the schedule was circulated before the beginning of the internship, which I found useful. There were around 3/4 meetings/activities/talks arranged per week which brought the interns back together after going into various teams.
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement at Savills. I had a warm welcome and this continued throughout my time at the company. The staff I worked with were engaging and helpful, with graduates acting as guidance in each rotation and different department. The placement was reasonably well structured and a variety of work, mixed with client meetings and some site visits gave me a real taste of graduate life in the company and working within the industry.
I thoroughly enjoyed my internship at Savills. My internship took place in Guildford in their Residential Development team. My team got me involved from day one and made sure I had enough work to do and ensured I was happy and looked after. They were a company and team to work for.

I really enjoyed my short time at Savills. Everyone in the office was friendly and incredibly welcoming from the beginning. Staff actively looked to involve me in work and projects on a daily basis.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Savills Aberdeen. The whole office couldn't have been more accommodating right from the very start. I was able to gain a useful insight into the 'working life' of Business Space Associates and also those in other departments. I was never given a mundane task, or treated like I was anything less than a fully fledged member of the team. I was treated as an equal and I cannot thank everyone enough.
I really enjoyed my placement because I had the chance to meet, and interact with other interns. However, I did notice that once it came to being allocated into teams you did not get to work extensively with anyone but your mentor. I was lucky that my mentor was extremely helpful and tried her best to find things for me to do/ work on.
The Team I worked with were terrific! Everyone including all the Directors were very approachable and easy to talk to. I loved going on site and the team were more than happy to accommodate that. They were all willing to provide guidance and support throughout my placement! I couldn't have asked for more.
I have really enjoyed my internship over the past month. It has offered a great insight into the property markey, Savills and the life of an employee at Savills.
Well organised with lots of talks, meetings and opportunities to learn about the company and meet people from a range of different departments and level of experience. I was given plenty of work to be getting on with and was able to follow some projects through from start to finish enabling me to understand the whole process.
My team that I was working with had me involved from day one starting with basic tasks and increasing my involvement as the scheme progressed. They ensured that I was always happy with the work I was doing. The four weeks also flew by which I always think is a good indicator of how much you have enjoyed an experience like this.
I very much enjoyed the Summer Scheme at Savills. I was involved in real work and learnt a lot. The other members of the office made me feel welcome and got me involved in both their work and socials.
I enjoyed it. There was a lot of work to do. It was interesting and I learnt a lot.
I really enjoyed meeting people within the company and learning more about their roles. The work I did was varied and interesting, though understandably it was nothing too 'high level'! I had the opportunity to get out and see sites which allowed me to get a really good feel for what the team do.
The internship structure at Savills is incredible. Interns have the chance to engage not only with their colleagues, but with each other due to the organised events (city tours, departmental overviews, drinks etc). The work load has kept me busy, and so each day is a new challenge in the office. Thoroughly enjoyable and would recommend.
I have really enjoyed my internship at Savills. Everyone I have worked with has been really friendly and helpful. The internship gave me a great introduction into Commercial Real Estate and I was able to get involved in some interesting projects that I would not have had the opportunity to work on without the internship.
I really enjoyed the placement. The people were all lovely and happy to have me there. I felt like I was a help to the teams and developed a number of key skills.
