About Akkroo
Akkroo is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business. Our data and lead capture software is used by organisations at events, as part of live marketing and in-store to collect business critical customer data. Akkroo replaces inefficient, manual and unreliable data collection processes with a single, ROI-provable, back office-integrated, data capture solution.
Akkroo’s software started as a solution to a business challenge inside the company from which we eventually spun-out. Using paper forms to collect the details of 35,000+ students at recruitment events on university campuses surfaced key challenges in how to accurately transcribe that volume of data manually in a timely manner. Akkroo was developed as a product to solve this, and became a standalone business in 2013 so that it could grow and address broader markets. Our software is now utilised by hundreds of businesses all over the world.
Our talented team is based in our Westminster offices in central London and the business is led by founders Chris Wickson and Andy Higgs.
