The Croudace Homes Group is an award winning, established house private and public builder, constructing skilfully designed homes in the South East. We pride ourselves on our reputation for outstanding quality backed with exceptional customer service, which has been maintained since 1946! We achieve this through employing excellent individuals who are committed to delivering a first class product, and consider people to be our most important asset.

Unlike other house builders, all of our non-building functions are in-house including: land buying, building, quantity surveying, engineering, architectural, interior design, legal plus all aspects of marketing, sales and customer care. This broadens the opportunities for individuals to learn and to develop within the business.
