About Mondelēz

We create the world’s favourite snacks

We’re Mondelēz International, the world’s leading maker of chocolate, biscuits, candy and gum. We market our products in 165 countries and have annual net revenues of $34 billion.

As Europe’s favourite snacks company, we’re ranked number one in chocolate and biscuits, and hold a leading position within candy and gum. What’s more, around 40% of our global revenue comes from our 33 European markets.

Even if you’re not familiar with our name, you’ve almost certainly heard of our billion-dollar brands like Cadbury, Milka, Prince and Oreo. Creating and developing the world’s favourite snacks, we’re passionate about creating delicious moments of joy for people all around the world.

The power of big and small

Even though we’re a big company, we believe in the power of big and small. This means using our resources as a global powerhouse, while working with the speed and skill of a new start-up.

We’re big enough to create global innovation platforms and control some of the world’s most powerful brands. But we also recognise the power of small by staying nimble and not being afraid to make bold decisions.

An innovative place to work

Why is working here so special? Many reasons. Our much-loved brands and the global reach of our business. Multiple opportunities to grow and continuous innovation. Inspiring and challenging each other every day.

Each year, we invest in creating and marketing new products and improving our existing ones. This takes the talent and expertise of thousands of people in all kinds of roles in all kinds of disciplines. Their drive to innovate in everything we do means we’re able to create the products our consumers love.

Whatever career you want, chances are we’ve got an opportunity for you. From Sales & Marketing to HR, Engineering, RD&Q, and Customer Service and Logistics, our business depends on all kinds of people in all kinds of areas.
