The Hawthorns

The Hawthorns Retirement Group has been operating in the UK for more than 18 years. They now have a portfolio of properties in Essex, Sussex and Somerset offering an all-inclusive lifestyle for the active retired. The company is based around the American concept of retirement living – all-inclusive rented bungalows and apartments in a community of like-minded people.

The company comprises of three developments and one head office. The head office deals with the management, marketing and admin of the three properties. There may be opportunity for further expansion of the company into new areas in future years.
