Experience working for an award winning financial consultancy. Meet the people, see the offices and join in the social scene on a summer internship in London or Winchester for up to 9 weeks, with varied and engaging work, training and pay, and a real opportunity to secure a graduate position. We offer internships in our Pensions Actuarial, Investment Consulting, Insurance, and Business Analytics and Financial Modelling teams across our London and Winchester offices.

At LCP, the work we do involves assessing the risks associated with future events and advising clients on how much money they should set aside now to be able to cover uncertain payments in the future, and how that money should be invested. Working with some of the brightest minds in the business means you will get a real feel for what being a consultant at LCP is really like.

We are not so big to have lost the personal touch, yet large enough to offer you experience on a wide range of projects, including advising FTSE 100 and global companies. Providing opportunities for our people and solutions for our clients is at the heart of what we do - developing problem solvers, creative thinkers and future business leaders.

There’s always something going on with plenty of social and sporting events being arranged. It’s no coincidence that our London and Winchester offices are both set within reach of the many attractions they have to offer, enabling you to network, socialise and develop your career all at the same time. Work-life balance is very important to us!

We also really enjoy supporting our local communities and regularly get involved with volunteering and fundraising opportunities. There’s a real culture of support here at LCP for you to become a part of.

We seek to build an inclusive workplace where all forms of diversity are valued, including gender, race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, disability or background. There are a large number of initiatives we now run to support this, including our popular agile working policy, our programme of support for parents and carers at LCP, and our thriving Women’s and LGBT+ Networks. We were very proud to have won the Award for Supporting Diversity at the inaugural Professional Pensions Women in Pensions Awards 2018.

We have high hopes for the interns we recruit each year, as ultimately we want you to advance to our graduate trainee programme. Fortunately, there is plenty we can do to support you and we will go out of our way to ensure you get the best experience here with us!
