My roles so far have been varied and exciting. I have been involved in everything from gathering data and delivering it to key stakeholders to working on debt prevention strategies and influencing pricing.
One piece of work I completed received such a positive response that it went all the way up to Gab Barbaro, the MD of our UK business. His response was also very positive, and my work ended up having a real impact on business strategy.
Right now, I am working as a Portfolio Performance Analyst. My job is to assess the health of our gas and electricity business portfolio and ensure we minimise the risk of our customer base. This involves delivering monthly reports on the status of the portfolio and investigating any issues that may have arisen. I am also responsible for managing projects designed to improve our debt prevention strategy. My days are spent carrying out data mining and analysis, and delivering key insights and findings, as well as managing stakeholders.

I am also a big fan of Centrica’s culture, which is welcoming and diverse. Everyone here is very open-minded and you meet people from all walks of life.
