An IT Project Co-ordinator with the job of working with the Project Manager and the Service Helpdesk team. The field of the job entailed systematically providing Technical Support to other departments within the company.
• Laptop and Desktop Imaging (Windows XP and Windows 7 using Microsoft SCCM).
• Service Helpdesk Support (an analysis and great achievement in solving problems for Computer users in all departments throughout the Company. This included maintenance in other sites).
• Producing Reports effectively on Service Helpdesk and Thesis Calls and Support.
