Immediatly i was welcomed and was well looked after from the outset. I got involved in a lot of team projects where everyone was keen to help me out and involve me as much as possible.

I developed many crucial skills and am a much more conficent person having worked in a manufacturing environment for 1 year. What i have learnt this year relates to my degree and will stand me in a great position to get a very high degree mark when i return.

there were 5 internal training sessions throughout the year and a degree of external training was provided. The scheme really encourages you to learn and develop in a working environment and Cooper recognises that it is very important.

Very appealing! the graduate scheme offered is very very good with a competitive salary, international travel and work placements at different locations allow for you to gain a large amount of experience in a short period of time.

Great scene between the other interns and regular training sessions meant we all met up and went out for meals and shared our experiences.

cheap to live. Cardiff is expensive in general but has a lot to offer and can be expensive driving to places.

Cardiff is brilliant. Always lots going on. Newport is not so good tho.

Football on monday night and i joined a cricket club which provided good fun in summer months and made great friends. It is hard because you dont know many people but people in work are keen to involve you in their plans.
