The Role

Role Description

I have been given loads of responsibility on my placement which has given me a real insight into the world of work!

I get involved in so many activites but my main duties include screening CVs for our Entry level roles in Buying, Merchandising, and Distribution. I Telephone Interview candidates and progress them onto Assessment Centres which I co-ordinate.

I do general admin work also such as responding to emails, taking messages, dealing with invoices for my team, giving feedback to candidates and giving them advice. I support the Resourcing Team on day to day activities.

My role also involves compiling reports on application figures, where our candidates come from and giving important feedback to the team.
I also source and book in candidates for work experience in the PR department.

Because of the fast pace and exciting nature of the Fashion Industry, I really get involved in so many things and work with so many people across the business.
