About You
I truly enjoy the deep insight into the firm itself, the division within the firm and the work shadowing sessions to learn more about each teams
I truly feel valued at Morgan Stanley. HR and other employees include our mentors were very supportive.
The amount of support was tremendous. Our mentor was very supportive during the task given, and helped us making the best work possible.
This insight week definitely helped me shape my preference of placement year towards a bulge-bracket bank, because each of them is very big, and with the expertise and the existing system I will be able to learn a lot.
The Company
It was very well structured. We know the schedule of each day, exactly what happen at what time.
Everyone was very friendly and attentive. They are from different countries as well which make the experience even better.
It wasn't that clear in term of personal training for a spring insight. But I did learn a lot during the week.
I gained a deep insight into the firm, which is extremely helpful in term of what division/team I should choose if I apply for a full time role.
I had chances to meet a lot of employee there to know about the culture. Everyone is friendly and supportive to each other.
It was extremely valuable as I know how good working in technology in banking is.
Everything Else
I was reimbursed for my train and tube ticket.
We have several networking lunches, one with employees, one with MDs, and one with the female association of the firm. It was great and we did learn a lot from them.
It was great and we learn a lot from them. Especially the dinner with MDs and employees - I learn a lot from a particular placement employee as he told me about his experience of applying, which I will be doing next year.
We were invited to the networking session of the female association and know that the firm has a lot of club/societies for employees.
Yes, definitely
