The Role
Loved the independence of having a full-time job and loved the wage to spend as well. I found the working day enjoyable and exciting as well which was a plus.
Everyone was very helpful and polite.
Manager was available frequently for help and there were plenty of supervisors to contact for support of guidance.
Usually very busy with no free time which at times got frustrating.
I never felt like I was given a huge responsibility or a large slice of trust. They seemed to view me as maybe not able to complete the task or fully handle the pressure what with me just being a univesity student and not yet fully qualified.
I am on a marketing course so it wasn't an ideal placement but then again it was a placement year which will look good for future employers.
The Company
Loved everyone in my office! A great bunch of people.
a tight preplanned schedule which was stuck to rigidly.
I gained a managing qualification which will add to my CV!
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Haven't looked into them yet but I'm sure they'd offer me something hopefully.
The Culture
The colleagues were a big part of my happiness I made good ties with many people who I was sad to leave.
Lived with my parents so I could afford to spend a lot of money and do a lot of things, especially with the wage added aswell.
London is legendary.
Lots of social events and sports events.
