The Role

Role Description

Workplacement was a classroom with a tutur that showed you, how the cables are connected to the telephone system so the, office network can work. You would first connect the wires from the basement so that the Providers such as companys(bt,tiscali,sky) can connect there line to the building. I would have to connect the wires to a frame on the wall, the run a separate wires to each of the floor that needed phone connection.....
We would remove all old wireing and replace them with new faster wires such as cat5 date cable these allow date to run quicker the the computers.......
That is part of days work involved in Data cableing... in a number of years the cable may be replaced again with optic cable(fiber cable) these are even more faster cable that can run information though the network faster.
