The Role
I look back on it with fondness, but at the time I wasn't too enthralled. I liked the job but would have liked something more high profile.
Everyone was lovely and helped me out quite a few times when I messed up or couldn't figure something out.
My line manager and the marketing director were always there to give me guidance and support if ever I had any problems. Though I was trusted to get on with my job independently.
I worked around the festive season (the busiest period) and the amount of emails and orders was hectic and outstanding. I must admit I did like the constant rush though.
Not really much responsibility which I wish i had have recieved.
Since doing the placement I am much more commited to doing well so I get a good job.
The Company
There was a nice peaceful atmosphere. No drama [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] (as much as I'm aware!!)
Very well organised. There was a steady agenda and I had a planner of what was expected of me throughout.
I was booked on one course which usually I would have had to pay for out of my own pocket.
I would love to return, but only in a higher position.
The Culture
I went for drinks with them every week and had a ball!
Socially, it was amazing and so much to do, but financially it was horrific. Soo expensive!
I had many a good night out on the town!
Lots of exclusive gifts and gigs!
