About You
I really enjoyed the Insight Day. I got to meet some like-minded individuals. I got to see the office environment and network with professionals.
The employees were extremely friendly and approachable. I felt at ease in the office environment due to their welcoming characters.
If I had any questions, there was always plenty of people to ask.
I learnt a lot during the Insight and, for me, it confirmed my desire to work for Towers Watson and become an Actuary.
The Company
We had an agenda and were sent this in advance. A couple of talks ran over time, but they made sure it finished on time and were understanding with those who had to leave early to catch trains.
It was a warm and friendly atmosphere.
While I was there, I had an interview to become a brand ambassador and we also get the chance to apply for internships early in the summer.
We were informed of what a typical day is like.
I understood that the people who work for Towers Watson all care about each other and value the importance of working in a friendly office.
It confirmed what I already thought.
Everything Else
There is a £50 reimbursement limit but they will make exceptions.
There was always someone around to ask.
At lunch time, even more employees came down to network with us.
We weren't told much on this topic.
I would definitely recommend this insight to anyone interested in learning more about Towers Watson and Consulting.
