About You
It was a great program and I enjoyed it very much! It was fun and interesting to see how a firm like Citi really operates.
People showed a lot of interest in me, it felt like people at the firm really wanted me to succeed and possibly work for the firm. So I guess that I felt very valued!
I received a lot guidance/support during the insight and my buddy was very friendly and she introduced me to various people around the firm so I could get an overview of the division.
I don't think that the skills that I developed at Citi will help me in my studies. However, I believe that when having seen what a great place it is I now have a clear goal of where I want to be after graduation and what I need to get there.
The Company
The setup was perfect and it allows the intern to realise where one would fit in within the firm.
The atmosphere was amazing! I felt that I was not competing with the other interns for a place at the firm and instead it felt more like we were a team.
The time that employees invested in us is invaluable and I think that it is amazing that such busy people really took their time to explain complex setups and the firm.
To a great extent. I have gone from being very focused on just one position to open to other opportunities!
The insight helped me to understand that culture is much more team focused than other work places.
Very valuable the insight opened my eyes to a various careers within markets.
